Welcome To Sarada Vilas College Sarada Vilas College, located in the heart of the beautiful and heritage city of Mysore, was established in the year 1945 as an Intermediate college. Seven years later, it was upgraded as a Degree college. During its long and purposeful journey, it has consistently offered quality education in pure science and has produced innumerable number of graduates who have achieved success in various fields. Chemistry Post Graduation Diploma in E-Commerce and Digitalization The college, affiliated to the University of Mysore, in 2016 College is accredited with B+ grade with a CGPA of 2.7 in the third cycle by NAAC. The college expanded its academic activities by launching B.Com. and B.B.M. from 2013-14. It further extended its educational initiative by offering M.Sc. in Chemistry from 2014-15. The college has an elite faculty with many Doctorates and several M.Phils. Teachers, endowed with knowledge and experience, update themselves by participating in seminars, workshops and refresher courses. The college invites scholars to deliver special lectures to enable the students to expand their horizon. The college follows government norms and admits students from all sections of the society, irrespective of their social and economic background and status. It is a coeducational college and does not practise any kind of discrimination. It lays emphasis on both curricular and cocurricular activities with the objective of moulding the overall personality of the students. Not surprisingly, our students have excelled in studies as well as cocurricular activities. They have consistently achieved excellent results (around 90%) besides representing the college in sports, cultural programmes and NCC at both state and national levels.
