Application Form 

You can pickup the application form from the office and a fee of Rs. 500, which can be paid in the form of cheque, payable to “SARADA VILAS DEGREE COLLEGE ”, or cash should be submitted along with the application form. You will receive a receipt for submitting the application fee 

 Documents Required 

A photocopy and originals of the following document should be submitted. Oroginals will be returned immediately 

  1. Student's ID proof. (adhaar card) 
  2. Student's marks card from previous college (if applicable)
  3. Student's transfer certificate (if applicable) 
  4. Student's vaccination details 
  5. Student's blood group 
  6. 2 Student's passport size (2" x 2") photo 
  7. The application form can be picked up at the school.
